Your Teacher E-RYT 200

Linette Lalita Dunbar BA (Hons) E-RYT 200, Certified in Therapeutic Yoga, is classically trained in the Sivananda tradition of Hatha Yoga. A practitioner with some 26+ years of her own experience, she brings an attention to detail, and care that instills confidence. Lalita’s classes encapsulate the essence of yoga. The five key elements of Hatha include proper prescribed breathing, exercise and meditation. Lalita skillfully weaves, and guides the student to experience the merger of body, mind, and spirit, in a class that immediately offers relief from the daily routine. This distillation of an ancient, almost mythic technology, invites exploration of the pleasure inherent in simply living, even for a moment, in peace with one’s self, one’s body, one’s breath.
Born and educated in England, with a degree from Reading University, Lalita has a voice that resonates and reassures. Her delivery is seamless and as smooth as silk. She will transport you to another plane, you'll be carried away, lulled by "that voice."
Afford yourself the opportunity to study yoga with a woman who is herself in awe, and an eternal student of, the art and science that is Hatha Yoga. Be reminded that yoga is a holistic approach to living. Lalita offers motivation to improve your health through healthier choices. Good food is a parallel passion.
